Ok guys, looking for a little help on this one. I am replacing the stock Infinity speakers with new infinity speakers. Only problem is I cant seem to figure out which wire goes to the crossover for the component speakers. I googled and came up with this site: http://www.modifiedlife.com/2002-dodge-durango-car-radio-wiring-diagram/
None of my wiring matches up. Are these colors right and I need to start digging in the wiring harness itself? Or can I just use the ends that ran to the mid-bass speaker.
Does the factory head unit automatically split the highs from the lows and run it to them, or did both factory speakers split the full throughput and just play what they can?
I have connected the rear speakers via the mid-bass speaker wire and it seems to play fine, but before I put everything back together, I was wanting a definitive answer.
Thanks, in advance, for the help.

the same color wires work both the bass and tweeter. i mounted my crossovers to the inside of the door panels with 3m black double-sided tape. i got adapter harnesses from crutchfield that came with my kenwoods and ran those wires to the input side of the crossovers, then from the crossovers you run wires for the woofer and tweeters. i used the factory male/female connectors from the tweeters to create quick-disconnect harnesses from the crossover to the woofer, since that speaker is bolted to the door. the two quick-disconnect harnesses, one for the crossover to the main speaker plug and the second harness is from the crossover to the woofer, which makes it easy to remove the door panel in case you need to.
