Check engine light kicked on last week. Used the key method and pulled P0700 and another one that I know is associated with a bad clockspring and cruise control not working. Over the weekend it went into limp mode for a very short period and hasn't gone back since. So I plugged up my tablet and used to torque to see that it doesn't show any codes at all. Went to AutoZone and they couldn't pull any codes either, but when using the key I still got P0700 and the other one. All off the gears seem to run just fine and the only thing I have noticed is that when cruising at highway speeds (over 50) the rpms tend to jump a little. I'm talking like 50-100 rpm and it just kind of bounces there. Nothing you can feel but you can hear it and see it on the gauge. Going to hook it up to Torque next time I'm on the highway and get a recording. Any thoughts on what might be causing this?
