that only matters for certain games. Forza 2 I can play online all day. Crackdown, won't let me connect to any servers. So, since I have everything all next to each other (cable modem, router, xbox) i just unplug the router and go right to the xbox off the modem. but most people don't have that luxury.

you guys seriously wanna compare the xbox360 to the ps3?!? haha seriously i like the games on the xbox but it doesn't stand up to the ps3.. xbox can't play 1080p... it can play 1080i but not p... so just yeah thats it... ima gonna go play my 250gig ps3 now...

Pretty sure a 360 can run 1080p... At least the kit I used at MS could run 1080p no problem though I believe it was an HDMI kit... Who cares of the PS3s technical capabilities when it doesn't have the games to back the system up, Sony flopped with the PS3 its a lot harder to code for than the 360 and previous playstation systems, so developers jumped ship. Game play makes for the good experience not graphics, graphics only enhance an already good game experience.

Eh I was playing on an HDMI Development kit hooked to a PC Monitor it let me run 1080p if I wanted... was in the options I've tested games and the 360 console almost since its initial release and ahve always seen the 1080i and 1080p options maybe the kits i used were just special 1/2 were retails other half were dev kits, and after a few searching 1080p has been supported by the gpu of the 360 since it was initially created it was never the target resolution for 360 games so ms didnt add it for quite some time but i belive with proper firmware you can have it. all the 360s i ran were on a future firmware than a standard retail.

The games I want to play are on Xbox, and for that reason alone Xbox is better than PS3.

They're both good systems. The PS3 just doesn't have anything I want to play right now. I love my 360. The controller is the most comfortable I've ever played with.

(By the way, you shouldn't be using that Nyko intercooler on your 360.. They sap power off the main power supply and cause the connection to overheat.. Know how many 360's I've seen with a burned power connector because of these things? And if it burns, your 360 warranty is void.. Just warning yas)

i love playing halo 3 too its fun as hell but i'm saying ps3 is better to me... they're been out wut maybe a little over a year little less and your complaining about the games? 360 has 2 years of course there gonna have all the games... and who cares about hi-def? wut are you a caveman! haha thats wuts next, xbox sure does care and so does ps3 and alot of people... hey you know what just popped into my head... i wonder how an atari or regular nintendo game would look on a big screen hi-def tv, lol....

I think they're advertising strategy reminds me of Metal Gear Solid. It's running around the room hiding under a cardboard box and everyone's got giant question marks over their head.

I never see PS3 commercials, never hear about people playing it. Aside from a LAN center I work with, I don't even know anybody that owns it.
