After i shaved my tailgate and sprayed the primer i was in a bad accident and they painted the rest of for me at no charge since they were doing most of the anyway. But it look like they didnt wetsand the tailgate before they sprayed the clear. You can tell at certain angles when you look at it. So can i wetsand that all down to get it to look smoother or would i have to get it re shot?

No you don't have to reshoot, now is the time to wetsand start with a 1000 grit and finnish with 1500, then polish, the base coat is usually not sanded due to the fact that clear is usually applied shortly after the base, like within the hour.
