Ok, in doing a quick look there are a few air-to-water intercoolers on eBay that surprisingly look really good. However, it would be up to you to custom fab it into your system and make it work. Another option may be to remote mount something or go with a traditional air-cooled version.

I know on mine when I removed the bottom plastic cover behind the bumper (covers the crank pulley and such) there was quite a bit of room. I used the space to mount an oil cooler with two fans.

Just a thought.

There is absolutly no room between my bumper cover and the radiator. I was thinking about going with KRC's air to air but it cost too much and he said I would lose about 6#'s. Who makes the actual intercooler? I know GSM made the kit. It looks like the sc goes straight into the intercooler then straight into the air hat. So all I would need is the intercooler then I have to get the lines, fan/radiator, tank, and pump right?

What I meant was if you crawl under the front of your truck there's a plastic splash cover between the front radiator support and portion of the frame that holds the control arms. Anyway.... take a look and maybe you can fit something there.

Loose 6#?!?!? Wow. That's a heck of a drop. Yeah, GSM made the kit and I think the core as well, regardless I know I'll only loose a pound of boost. You're correct on how it's set up.

Yep, you'll need a core of some kind and everything else you mentioned as well as any additional piping for bends and such depending on how/where you mount it. I mounted my tank under the rear where the spare was with a fill port in the rear hatch (see pic). I know you have a Dak so you can either mount a tank in the bed but that could expose it to the elements unless you have a tonneau cover. I know one guy who had a tank fabbed up and put it under the rear seat. Pretty cool.

Now I remember, its made by spearco. I think you can get it just the way you have it. I would put the fan/rad up front and the tank in the bed, and yes I do have an tonneau.

Run a 99 style radiator and you will have room for an intercooler.
