Truck Master Designs bumper

I am new to this forum and was wondering if someone has installed a Truck Master Desings bumper/valance on their Dakota. This is only the valance and even though they advertise that will fit dakotas 97 - 2000, I was wondering if it will fit a 2001 dakota slt. The reason I think it may fit is because the xenon valance cover specifies that it will fit 2001 models and above if its a quad cab SLT model.
Anyone knows anything about it or has this valance cover on their dakotas.
I did not see this bumper/valance cover on the parts information.

Search around for the new bumper cover. Its been talked about before. Its the same as the Dodge kit,but with the lower openings flipped 180degrees.

As far as I know, noone has installed one. I think I found the price once but was too much at the time..
