I have a stock sound system in a 2001 quad cab. A while back I lost the sound to all four speakers. I picked up a used stock stereo and it was the same. I have bypassed the wiring harness to connect to the speakers in the door and the speakers are fine and so is the stereo. Is there a connector in the wiring harness that could get bad connections cutting out all the speakers? Any ideas would be welcome.

then its the factory amp gone bad. i forget name but a user here sells a bypass harness to remove it. or you can pick a used one up pretty cheap. ill sell you mine if you want. i no longer use it.

only way to tell would be to use a test light or multimeter and check the wires...

check your fuses, if they are all good, then bad infinity amp. Rip it out and get a new stereo
