Someone posted these on here a month or so ago, really like the look. I'm going for just a single.

Got a Magnaflow high-flow cat, 4" of 2.5" pipe that I welded a nut on for an o2 bung, 1.5' of 2.5" heavy duty flex pipe, 2.5" inlet 90° bend with 3" outlet (bent and flared it at work myself, turned out real nice), 4' of 3" pipe and a 3" flapper top. Painted the 3" pipe and the flapper with high-heat flat black. When I get around to installing it I'll cut the 3" accordingly. Going to just re-use my flowmaster 40, unless I find a good deal on something else before I put it all in.

Stacks are for **** and ********. Don't do it...
Don't let anyone kick your brother or sister in the chin, they will castrate you.
But don't worry cuz your dak got stackzzzz.
Lifted trucks are for ****
lowered trucks are for ****
shaved trucks are for ****
stroked trucks are for ****
blown trucks are for ****
turbocharged trucks are for ****
trucks are for ****

I've heard them all, hell, I've agreed with a few of them from time to time, but in the end does it really matter if the end-user enjoys it?

Yeah that was very ignorant of him to say. I think certain stacks look cool. And what's wrong with being a *******? Better than being a ******. Do the stacks man, screw what all them say. I agree it's mainly a diesal thing but it'd still be cool if you do it right and make it look good.

I would definitely do stacks on my V6 if I did not need my tonneau cover and was able to run around with an open bed. Since my in a regular cab, the bed is used more like a trunk for shopping trips. Plus the tonneau keeps everything nice and dry if it rains.

V6 with stacks lol what Diameter? 1 1/2" Lol stacks are for trucks without spark plugs sorry. Unless black smoke comes out of your exhaust, keep it under the truck
I would probably do 3-4 inch stacks. It would also be for show purposes as I see stacks more as a cosmetic mod than a performance oriented mod. My V6 has 175 hp, it is far easier too make it show than go. Just like if I decided to put a body lift on, it would be for show as there are no longer any places to go off-roading around my area.

Saw a dakota regular cab lifted with stacks today. Looked pretty cool, he had dual straight up cut with the slant at the tips, not like curved at the tips though it's straight with an angled cut. I thought it looked good. Went to take a pic but got caught looking and felt gay lol. Then he revved his truck I guess thinking smoke would come out of his gas truck smoke stacks? Idk lol but moral of the story is it really looked good, just don't be a fool and revv it up at stop lights haha. Idk why everyone thinks there so gay and pointless. 75% of the crap we do to our trucks is for looks and pointless. Bunch of hypocrites

id run 4 inch stacks on a diesel, if its a v8, if its a cummins, just one,
on my dakota, id run side pipes or dumped
i dont like stacks on gas, i dont like huge popping pipes they look retarded and sound like shit
dumped sounds cleanest IMO, ive worked on all sorts of cars
and side pips sound good, and look nasty as shit

Not popping pipes, and I'm already running dumped but if I'm changing everything else I might as well change how it exits. Side exit would look pretty shitty with the body lift.

New Y-pipe, build my own mid-pipe with magnaflow high-flow cat, o2 bung, not sure about muffler yet, flex, 90, then flat black 3" through the bed offset to the passenger side just inside the frame. Cut it off 1" above the roof line, flat black flapper. Going to look sick. Haters going to hate.

I bet you just FUME with hatred every time you see a non-stock vehicle on the road near you.

Do bumper stickers often give you butt hurt?
Spoilers on front wheel drive cars give you anal seepage?

is he talking to me or you?

Oh I love modded vehicles.
Bumper stickers on the front bumper do piss me off really.
Spoilers, yeah a huge evo spoiler on the back of a alero is pointless.
Tho I did see a aluminum tool box made for trucks strapped on the back of a rusted out Beretta Z24 with bungee cords that would be up your alley. I can contact them if you like, maybe you can get a nice deal.
Considering I have just sold 2 Dakota R/T's one with a shaker hood, own a Status R/T and have a Dakota 408, yeah I hate modded vehicles! Got 2 other shaker hoods for Dakotas up in the garage rafters waiting for trucks, yeah guess it is all about taste.
F U and your Bull Bar and your black wheels. GGAAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!
Whats with all the butt-hurt about stacks and bull bars? Some pavement princess put your r/t to shame? :woot:
