maybe paint them all black... and put some red or blue or some color calipers behind them? it would give you the blacked out look but the painted calipers would stick out and look BAD ASS

with your truck being pretty much totally blacked out, I say do the whole rims black and finish the look off with (as others have said) brake calipers painted red
