Maybe I don't need a forged crank for my 390 that is going to get sprayed.
I should just use a cast crank, and let it flex under the added cylinder pressure from the nitrous.
If you do, run the Race Pro Crankflex program. You will have to have the corresponding cam lobes off set ground for the most flexable rod journals/cylinders. This will keep your cam timing in proper phasing.

Will the connecting rods flex too?
Damn it. There's more to this engine building thing than I thought. I should just get someone to build it for me instead.

Yes! The rods will bend and/or shrink under compression! Especially super/turbochargd! Again, have the cam ground on the apprpriate cylinders to give more lift to match rod shrinkage.
