hey im looking for a plug to put in the tire jack hole in my roll pan. ive seen someones truck that has one but i cant figure out where to look for one. any help would be appriciated. here is a crappy pic but it helps.

Was it the plug for the Cervinis Roll Pan you saw?? I've never seen them for a SS pan before?

it could have been but i saw a member with my rollpan. i think his name was something like slvdak or something.

jus did a quick search and you guys were right. it was the cervinis plug and it was slvdak. i wonder if that plug would work with a little modification?? o well

hey make one on your own. i guess you guys love bolt-ons huh? or stuff thats pre-made. i guess it saves time but in the end it would be better to say "o yeah i made that outta so and so"".. right?

yeah it would be cool to make one but out of what??? i also want/ need to paint it to look like it belongs there and blends in. maybe my next little project??

That used to be MY roll pan :jester: (off 1st dak)

The Cervinis pan has a hole so the plug fits in... the streetscene doesn't have a hole, just cresent, it would be harder to make a plug for it.

Do you use the spare, or is this going to be permanent? Fill it in with glass or sheet metal panel (sorry, don't know wha it's made of) and finish it..... Maybe make one out of metal and use adhesive (less prep work on the pan)... just some ideas. You should be able to do something nice for fairly cheap.

i wouldnt want it permantent. i have my spare tire on the truck so it would have to attatch to the pan somehow. ill have to ask my body shop guy to see if we can come up with something.
