Does anyone make a interior roll bar for RC 1997 Dakota?

yes auto weld does. look at www.auto weld.com. they are very fast. I got my cage from them in a week after I placed my order. Very east to deal with and quality parts

I have no experience with them, however, I find having a custom cage/bars put in may cost just a little more, but well worth it.

Having just been there done that...

Go with a custom roll bar, you will have the same time and money invested in it, maybe even less, and will fit better.
