Ive had my 2000 since new. 74k. Other than the recall replacement ball joints, replaced the stearing shaft, brakes. that is it. This is my 3rd Dak. Had a new 95 3.9 and bought a used 95 4x4 3.9. Loved them just as much. When I bought this one, I planned on driving it untill is falls apart. Looks like I will have it for years to come. My fear is that they wont make them like this anymore!!!!

bought mine with 95k on it 98 cc 5.2 5 spd 4x4,its got 145K HARD miles on it now.i dont take it easy on her at all and takes it like a champ,other then the common issues(rear end noise,steering shaft joint,ball joints,and rear end speed sensor) original clutch(knew the previous owner). lookin to do a 360 swap(got a 5.2 now) ..i love it

Bought new in Nov '01. 125,000 miles. Been to the dealer for ball joint recall and radio problem. Other than oil changes (41 of them), 2 pr of stabilizer bushings, 1 set of tires, three sets of plugs, brake rotors/pads, tranny and dif fluid change there has been nothing else. Still running original shocks, rear brakes and steering linkage.
