I recently sold my Dakota and i removed the amp/subs. I'm selling the MTX thunderform box with 2 10inch shallow mount MTX subs and a 300 watt mono amp. This box fits under the rear seat of a 97-04. I ran this setup in my truck for about a year before selling it. I'm asking 400 for all of it. Wireing included. The logistics of shipping this thing are nearly impossible so local pickup it preferred. I can also help you hook it up free of charge. The Amp fits under the passenger seat.
