Well it's a Yukon brand 4:56 gear set with basic install kit (crush sleeve, pinion seal, cover gasket...)
I bought it through Randy's Ring & Pinion. I paid $331.51 for the gear set and $16.06 for the install kit, a total of $347.57 that I paid. Would let it go for $325 shipped assuming that shipping is gonna kick my ass or $300 and you pay shipping. Either way I would think you are saving money on it and maybe it's not that good of a deal at all but I am not hurting for money so I can be stingy on the price, LOL! But let me know if you are interested or not...
Oh and as always I am up for trades if you got something that I need.

I got mine all routed into the ceter console... As for the power I use the accessory plug in in the center console, just had to rewire it to cut on and off with the key so I can just keep it plugged in and all I have to do is plug in the OBDII when I am ready to data log and unplug when finished. Took a while to figure out how to use it and exactly how hemifever wanted it for email tunes but now that I know I can data log and convert it alot faster.
Cool, thank you.

That is actually how I have mine done.
Thank you.

I'm SOL because I don't have a center console. Been toying with the idea of finding one but I have the good ole jump seat that's only good for kids or walking twigs.

Nah, I'll just get some 4.10's. I've got my eye on a $200 set of richmond's. Thanks though

No prob EmwhilteR/T...

jrp1588... Yea I would go with the 4:10's if I where you too, sorry we couldn't deal but I just don't see loosing money on something that I might eventually use especially when I am not hurting for money! So are these richmond gears new???

Well I'm getting mod ADD. I've been looking at some transgo shift kits. What do you think? Shift kit, or LM-2 and an upgrade to a custom tune?

If I do a shift kit, I'd have the shop install, since it's too damn cold out. Any guess how much they'd charge?

Just get a new valve body from Martin Saine. Easier and better than a shift kit. You can install that fairly easy.

Sounds like money, how much does that run?

Not all together terrible. I know nothing about this though, what exactly does it do?

It is just a shift kit installed on a valve body, but he is tried and true. Never heard of anyone having any real issues with his products.

Would it be any better than a transgo? Also, if you had to chose between SCT and a shift kit, which would you go with? I'll get them both eventually, but only have money for one right now.

How many miles on the trans? A transgo will always be in the hands of the installer, that is all labor, they do it wrong, you are screwed. You get a good product from Martin. It increases shift pressure and makes your shifts quicker.

I would do the SCT if I knew the trans was in good shape, but I would also want to do it on the dyno and not over email. That is just me.

Only one dyno within a WIDE radius of here, and they don't deal with mopars. Unfortunately email tunes are going to be my only option.

Trans has about 45,000 miles on it.

I have so many mods I still want to do, here I was beginning to thing I was almost done.
-LM-2/SCT
-4.10 gears and an LSD
-Shift kit
-Rear disc brakes
-camshaft
-EQ heads
-MSD ignition system

The more I learn, the more I want to do, and the further from being done I am. This is an evil hobby. lol

Hmm, I think you can hold off on the shift kit. Just keep up on the maintance on your trans. And it never gets better.

MSD you won't need for a while.

MSD is pretty far back on the priorities, I think I'll go SCT, gears/LSD, rear discs, heads/cam(if I ever have that much dough), shift kit, then MSD. Eventually I'd like to repaint it too, but I won't be able to afford that for a good while.
