take this for what it is worth, but i GAVE him free parts (heads and cam) as long as he agreed to pay shipping. well, shipped the parts out, he promised to pay as soon as they arrived, i provided tracking numbers and the parts HAD to be signed for. long story short, he denied recieving them, even though it showed as being delivered to the specified address, AND was signed for. i paid $126 for nothing and he got free parts. you need to drive to his house and get your parts.

Well Im all about giving the benefit of the doubt but ^this^ is seriously messed up!

Kinda makes you wonder if the whole getting mugged thing was for real or BS. I do believe he has been on since that whole ordeal and ended up "making a full recovery" if that really happened.

yea. i didnt post it in the other thread made about him, cause i didnt wanna start a shit fest. i was trying to give him the benefit of doubt too, gave him a few days to check surrounding shops and neighbors, and he comes back and says he couldnt find them and checked with all the neighbors and shops and blah blah. i just dropped it after that cause there wasnt anything i could do at that point, but i will never make that mistake again. UPS usually doesnt screw up when it delivers to a business address (his shop) AND someone (the addressee) HAD to sign for it before UPS would hand it over. since then, i always suspected he would screw others over too.

by the way, if he told me he never got them, I would file a claim with UPS and make them get to the bottom of it. call them up and swear over and over that the receiver never got the parts, and that you want your money back from UPS for screwing up delivery.

I bet they'll be glad to tell you exactly WHO accepted delivery of the parts.

i would but its been so long that i doubt anything would come of it now. i will just never trust someone before recieving payment again.

i'm all for it. i will say this, i know it would have cost me alot more than $126 to travel up there from where i am, but the thought crossed my mind several times just because of the principle of it. i train in mma, and from the looks of that myspace, i doubt i would have a problem kicking his ass. POS people like that ruin the trustworthiness on sites like ours. we are supposed to be a community geared towards making these trucks we own better looking, performing, and just badass, but then some SOB comes along and gains trust only to screw people out of money/parts in the end....pisses me off to no end. :cussing:

Wraith and Dwight. Other wise..i got some one that wants me to pay the a hundred some bucks for somethin they swear they sent me..honestly i dont know if you sent that shit dude. And like i said, if you really sent it, then im really sorry but it never came to my door.

idk WTF really happened with it and don't care at this point. I just know that I did send the items AND provided you with a tracking number, and also advised you to go to your local ups store and check into it with them. But regardless of the facts, it doesn't matter anymore. It is over and done with. But as someone else stated, what did you expect people to think when so many on here have been screwed by other people so many times? When I went public with our issue it was to inform those of the possibilty that they could be getting screwed...let's face it, it should never have gotten to the point of people thinking you were another scam artist on here, which is fault on your end for not communicating with those whose items you had. Sorry about your situation, sorry that everything has blown up on here for you, and i hope you all get everything straightened out and cleared up. As far as our issue goes, it dies here and there will just not be any future dealings between us. Good luck and good day.
