I would do the tune as you up the boost, start at 6, and tune while the boost goes up. Your stock fuel is going to run out before you get to 12. intercooler/meth helps lower the a/f and give you a lil bit more boost for less a/f. As I have stated. My system on 12lbs of boost died after 4500 rpm's. We made 3 edits to fuel, and had the SAME outcome everytime. This was tuning with sct. 36lbers on a completly stock fuel system.
 
I've got a 6 pound pulley on for the street, and a 9 pound pulley for fun/money ;) I've also got an "11" pound pulley, I dont feel safe doing the 11 yet since I've just put it on 3 days ago. The 9 pound has ZERO detonation unless I dump it hard from a dig after brake torquing too long, then I got one BAR on the knock sensor for about 1 second, but the plugs still look great, and it went away immediately. I've got nitrous, thats my intercooler for now, then I'm going with a perm air/water setup. :D

What kind of knock sensor are you running?? How are you liking it so far?
 
I'm using the one that came with the kit. I assumed its KB's very own, but perhaps I am mistaken? Its a 2 or 3 inch wide flat tan box, maybe an inch thick, and about 4 inches long. It says "KNOCK ALERT" on it and has gradually increasing bars, kinda like cingulars logo, and it can detect it when I cant even hear it, although it might have happened 2 times since I put it on? Both from a dig. Lots of cab noise....

For the record, I like it.
 
hopefully my 408 blower motor will show up shortly but im planning on starting around 10 lbs with meth i have the 16lb crank pully but wont be using that untill i get a nice return set-up im looking at putting on the rfl bov i have one on my srt-4 and love it i have dave downeys old paxton setup so its been proven
 
btw mopar 318 what bov is in ur vid??? is that the ssqv?
The one on my truck in the vid is a Knock Of RFL, like what is on your srt4. I later switched to a super sequential because It was leaking.
