For you, I think the spartan would work great. The QC's are heavy, and need to keep as much of their low end and midrange torque as possible. The Spartan will be a nice balance in that case.

The 214/218 Spartan would not be a bad choice at all. Should still have a decent bottom end and good gains in the mid and upper range. You can get away with the 6.1L valve springs and pushrods on that cam without a problem.

Spartan, Sidewinder...many Inertia and Frank Racing cams will do the trick...
