Welcome. Just about anything is possible, depending upon how involved you want to get. And of course, a big checkbook helps.
If your truck has a manual tranny then it should be pretty simple: engine, wire harness, PCM, mounts, water and A/C hoses, and other small stuff. The tranny is the same for the V6/V8 trucks; clutch and flywheel "might" be different.
If you have an auto, you'll need to rip out what's there and go with a 45RFE and the TCM, cooler, and other stuff. The driveshaft will need to be lengthened or shortened, a new yoke, mounts, etc.
It's very involved either way, but if you have a manual tranny it will be far simpler to pull off.
