Bracket racing scenario: 15 sec. car vs. 13 sec. car. 15 sec. car gets a 2 sec. head start and must reach the finish line first, without going faster than 15 sec. to win. The 13 sec. car must catch and pass the 15 sec. car, and reach the finish line first without going faster than 13 sec. to win. If either car goes faster than their "dial in", they lose regardless of who gets to the finish line first. Bracket racing can be confusing until you've actually done it. So get out there and give it a shot, and you'll see what I'm talking about. And you will learn that reaction time is extremely important to get "the win". :biggthump

Its fine with me, I'm still learning.

Congrats! :biggthump Don't beat yourself up too bad, that's right where I ran my first time out with the blower/tb/intake/rr's/headers/dual exhaust, 13.5@104, and that was on ET Streets. Converter knocked it down to 13.1, B&G flash down to 12.5.

As for tires, the M&H's rock, I love 'em! I've cut a best so far of 1.65 on the 325/45R17's on stock wheels. Not sure how the 325/50R15's would work on a 8" rim tho, they have a 10.3" treadwidth, which fits great on a 9" rim, but might bulge a lil too much on an 8" rim. You might be able to get away with it tho. But, if you're only gonna run 'em at the track, might as well get a full slick. I'll be running 10.5" M&H slicks on my bogarts for next season. But the DR's are great for mixed use, I've had 'em in the rain, had 'em on 400+ mile trips, and of course they rock at the track (and on the street if need be ;)) If you go with M&H's just put dakotartclub in the tiger code box and you'll get the discount, I think it's around a $70 discount on a set of 325's.

sorry to thread jack... but bad360rt...what site do you go to buy the tires? I got to interco but I see no were to buy them ... my buddy is looking for some and I would like to get some with the discount .. thanks for any help you can provide :biggthump

www.mandhtires.com Use the pulldown on the lefthand side to select the type of tires you're looking for and it'll bring up the sizes available. Then when you select the tire you want you can put the tiger code in.

As for the tiger code you can also use dakota-durango as well as dakotartclub which is a bigger discount. Im trying to get both discounts but so far no luck.
