Ha, I'm just good for the obvious "I think its broken" comments.

If you have a buddy with a scanner, take a look at your fuel trim and make sure it and your cross counts are in range. A lazy O2 could be making you run rich.

I always thought you reduced NOx by increasing engine temp...which is why the Dakota came stock with a 190 T-stat instead of the 180
