thanks! and 4 1/2 body?! haha what did you have to extend to not screw things up?
Nothing but the usual bolts/blocks and steering. Never needed the extensions for the fuel or radiator hoses either.

4.5 is max before frame starts to show below bumpers.

haha na i wont do that. 3 is enough. im allready planning to buy a durango, take the lift out of the dakota and put it in that and use it for my dd. take the dakota and do the sas and everything i can think of.

That's because in 2000 they did the rack and pinion dealio, and the only lift available for us is the Rancho 3". Too bad it costs $1500 for it. I can get 1.5-2" out of it with just the t-bars and blocks. I don't know if it's worth the extra $1450 to g another 1-1.5 inches.
You can get 5" out of the Rancho by cranking up the Tbars once its lifted.

I figure mine is pretty close to 8 inches total, Rancho T/B crank add a leaf and 3 inch body lift
here's a pick of mine (98) next to a stock (00) on 33's

jimmy dodge. nice looking truck!

and for a bolt on sas kit... i really dont think people would want to spend the amount of money that a kit like that would sell for. look at the rancho or the tough country lifts. fairly simple drop brackets for $1500. with a sas theres front and rear axles (to do it correct) loaded... then leafs, shocks, steering components and so on. im not trying to shoot it down but id much rather build it myself instead of paying someone else a shit ton of money to gather all the parts into one box and ship it.
