I'd prefer the black paint to match the black paint on the truck, but the important lettering should be bare aluminum. You gotta be stylin'.

Anyways, its a theme my daughter and I are doing to the Dakota. In any case, I am trying to find a Photoshop plugin for this, but I may end up having to make one.

Will your CNC machine be able to handle this, or does it need a specific font plugin to render this?

Depends on design, size of badge, and if its gonna be powder coated or not, typically $65-100 depending on those factors
