silly fabtech. ive installed the 6" lift kit from fabtech and the 4" from rancho for 08 silverados and in the installation manual for the fabtech is says "do not offroad this vehicle, this lift causes truck to be top heavy" and in the rancho is said "this kit is to improves offroad ability" shows the difference in the companies huh?

Waterdog TO THE RESCUE! How much more chrome could he stick on that poor truck.

Stacked lift blocks... Gee that sounds smart with a diesel.

this is the second time i hear of this. coincidently a co-worker of mine told me today the same thing and i just could'nt believe it. specially how fabtech makes lifts for many trucks and many magazine show trucks sport their suspension. my co-worker told me of how he knew somebody that had a fabtech kit on their truck. this person took their mudding and got stuck due to broken parts. my co-worker swears by Rancho and told me to lift my Durango the proper way. i see know how he must be right.

At least there was a good truck lurking behind the F250 in those pictures. So I guess it's OK to post those on a Dodge board. :jester:

Good work. Just not my taste.

Ford looks sweet now. Id take it even if it is green. love the wheel/tire combo

All spring lift only IMO. Any type of block lift scares me a little. Still a nice lookin truck
