Thought about posting on other sites but there vendor rules might be impacted and I really don't wanna go there. If anyone wants to post up an FYI thread elsewhere, by all means be my guest.
If anything I'll take care of you on other sites  I'll let you know the details later Jim.

CD is already done, and you can do QS if you want but if not i will do that also
Spread the word guys but I suggest it be made an informal word at this time until the "R/T Mods" website is setup to handle orders. Todd and I need to work out the details with pics, ordering info, etc first.

I'm doing the initial mold(s) to where it'll be flexible enough to make a set for all models of the GEN III and IV Dakota and Durangos just as long as I can do it without sacrificing the promised Feb 22nd FIRST ship date for the Gen III RC and CC Dak models with flares and the Deposit period proves fruitful. If time allows, I'll see if I can squeeze in the GEN I and II Dak models as well into this mold but no promises at this point.

The initial mold and process has been refined already without even being created to where I envision being able to knock out any set advertised within 30 minutes so unless something crazy happens on the homefront or I get too many orders at once, I should be able to fulfill and ship any order within 48 hours of receiving full payment. Once I get ahead enough, I'll duplicate this ever-encompassing mold as I already know it won't last forever.

From here on out I'll just post up the % of Deposits taken in to meet the Max needed in 1/4% increments. If it reaches 75% by midnight the 15th, I can handle the last 25% myself and be on track for shipping them out NLT the 22nd if their balance is paid by then. I'll also still honor the $30 discount for those that make a deposit up to midnight the 15th regardless of the Deposit % at that time. If sending a USPS MO, I'll honor it for them as well provided its postmarked NLT the 15th.

For those that have or will have made a deposit, I'll leave it up to them to post up their participation. My apologies to those first three that I listed if I offended them in any way.
no offense, just glad to see the ball rollin on this

Well it's put up or shut up...right? DEPOSIT SENT!!! I'm not gonna miss out on these again!

i dont think we need to know who has made a deposit...just more of how close he is to what he needs to get this going quicker.
understood. i just assumed he was gonna make a list like a group buy does to let us know how much more we needed. sorry if i pissed anyone off. glad this is progressing:mullet:

Once you're ready to start the Gen IV's, let me know. I want a set for a QC.
Will do but in the meantime can you do me a favor and measure the bottom side of your cab where the skirt will mount? I'll need to do this personally myself in due time but it would be nice to get a good idea on the length. I see you don't have flares also, are they even available for the Gen IVs. Thanks in advance.

Okay, there are no flares, but there is a stock mudflap for the front wheel. Measuring from just behinde the mudflap to the rear of the cab is approximately 79 inches. The rear fender in front of the rear tire is 10.75 inches and behind the rear tire is 19 inches before the body starts to curve upward. There is no rear mudflap. Measurements are approximate since I don't know exactly where you want to measure from.

Many thanks for ALL those measurements even if they aren't exact, that helps one helluva lot. I think I'll start a thread to gain additional measurements for other models as I can't do jack right now with all this freaking snow.

Sorry for my ignorance with that Gen but are you saying that there are NO flares available for the Gen IV models at all or that you simply do not have them? The mudflap existence is one that didn't even occur to me regardless of Gen and Model. No problem though as it just reinforces the need to make the mold as flexible as possible. Thanks for the insight. :clap2:

No problem. My truck does not have the flares, but it is a base ST model. I don't know if the others have them or if it is an option. Like I said, I measured the cab from right behind the mudflap.

:waiting: cant wait to get ahold of these
