I am an Indiana volunteer Firefighter. I just purchased some Galls 3-in-1 headlight flasher/wig wags. On the Galls.com site it says that the model number fs0004 will work on a 2000 Durango. When I get the box there is a sticker on it that says DO NOT install on a 99 or newer durango or dakota. I called galls and asked them and they said it was a mistake and they will work.

I just want to make sure that they are not going to tear anything up if I install them. I know that the Durango is a ground side switch and the flasher is made for a ground side system. Please help me. What could go wrong, why does it say not to install them and galls says it will be ok ?

The flasher itself changed in 2001 from 97-2000

That's the turn signal flasher. He's talking about a wig-wag headlight flasher.

Yeah it'll be fine.

I had JUST put them in and the box is too cold so it didnt function correctly till i got the truck hot.
Im gonna run those, and another set in the lower part of the markers, right next to the grill, and they are gonna alternate, Drivers upper, pass lower to pass upper, drivers lower. On top of that I wanna add wig wags so they can be going off at the same time. Out back im gonna have one in each tail light.

go strobe over wigwag you'll love it even more im also a firefighter and the diff between just wigwag and strobe is night and day. i'll try to get a video of my truck so you can see if you would like
I have strobes in the back and I think the headlight flashers are MUCH more effective at moving traffic... I also have a full MX7000 sitting in my living room waiting to be installed. So I doubt I will have any problem moving traffic
