Do you have just the intake and nothing else? If so, you might be disappointed. Combined with a less restrictive exhaust, programmer, new spark plugs, and full synthetic drive line fluids, then you will see a huge difference over stock.
 
Yes, do all three. I went out of town for the Labor Day weekend and I had just changed my drive line fluids over to synthetic. Trip down wasn't special, averaged 17 mpg on a 5 hr. trip because of parking lot traffic going to the same exit I was going to. But, the return trip netted me 19.995 mpg, technically 20 mpg and I think my tires were a little underinflated, maybe 1 psi(just checked my tires pressure this weekend and it was between 2-4 psi under).
As for spark plugs, just stay away from Bosch's, several on here have posted negative experience with their regular and +#'ds, some even having the tips break off on the +#'ds. For a regular style, go with the Autolite Double Platinums. For new design, go for the e3 DiamondFire's.
