Anybody runnin them? I looked for 50s but only found one option becides D/Rs and they were HIGH. 55s are pretty abundant and cheaper but I can't find height (diameter) specs.

I've ran them, only issue I had was they rubbed in the front, but if your stock height your good, I have the hotckiss TVS so im lowered a bit
Not with both at the same time. I've thought about trying that combo, but there aren't two of the same "model" tire in both sizes that I could afford. The Pirrelis used to be, but they don't anymore. And I'm not a fan of mix matched tread patterns if you can avoid it.

I had the Toyo Proxies in 275/55/17's........I liked the tire, but didn't care too much for how big the sidewall was, especially since my truck is a bit lowered. I thought they looked like a SUV tire! :jester:

I'm running Toyo Proxes ST II in 275/55/17. I'm happy with them so far, had them 5 months and no complaints. Handle better than the Nitto NT450 Extremes I had before, in 275/50/17. Also have lasted longer, I was lucky to get 15,000 miles out of the Nittos.
I've put about 5,000 miles on the Toyos, they seem to be wearing fine. I should be able to get 30k out of them, which I'd be happy with as I only log about 5,000 miles a year.
275/55/17 is a little taller than stock, but it fills the wheel wells a lot better if you're at stock height. factory size is 255/55/17 IIRC

I ran 275/50, 255/50 17 Falken Zeix S/TX-01's on my F 150 and really like them. I had them on 8" & 9" inch Cragar SS wheels and while they were short on my fullsize they still looked and worked great. If I remember they were priced quite reasonable also.

i got a price of two 255/50 r17's for 159.00 installed, from blatt tire. www.blatttire.com
nittos can be orders in the 255/50, and the 275/50 which is what im going to do here soon.
