OK here we go...
I bought my 2000 Dodge Dakota 5.9 R/T last year. All this time i have thought it to be bone stock, and i have done nothing to it at all. So i come on here and read what kind of 1/4 mile times you guys are running. And to be honest, i was disapointed. Ive seen alot of guys with a decent amount of mods on there trucks and they say "Ohh i think i might hit into the 14s tonight !!!" Ok i dont know if altitude has that BIG of an impact but i ran my truck about a week ago down in Baytown, Texas (Houston, Texas area)...which would be at sea level. Thinking my truck is bone stock and the fact that this is the very first time i have ever ran anything down a track i ran a...RT of .466...1/4 mile 15.011 @ 92.04...
I wrote all this to ask...
Does my truck sound stock with the numbers that i have given you?
