My race tires are 26x11.5x15 on those same rims. From sidewall to sidewall is 12" and it doesn't rub. I might be able to go another inch wider too.

I think you can go with 295's and they will fit. I know a lot of people run the 275's

I'd like to help you out more, but man do I hate metric sizes...
