So a guy around here is willing to sell me these 34's for $400, pretty good deal i would say.
But the thing i wanna know is if i can squeeze them in my rango with just a T/S lift and some trimming?

I would highly recomend a body lift first.

i know i know i really cant afford one right now,
Look at your computer screen, see how damn flat it is, now thats how my back tires are,

Get tires that fit if you can't afford a body lift. Otherwise get some different tires or just wait til you can afford a body lift and tires, no way those will fit with out A LOT of trimming.

if they're good tread, tires are ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS worth money, especially mud tires. if you dont really want them, let him know and tell him youd rather spend the money elsewhere. he may really need to get rid of them and drop the price. if thats the case, buy them, hold on to them, put them on craigslist for 500 or 550 and see what happens. even if they're half worn down, people still know they're well over a grand for new ones.

i bought some Nittos last summer, they were for 18" rims. had 5k on them, they were 33x13.5's, the guy "couldnt sell them" so he sold them to me for like $300. i had them sold off craigslist in 3 weeks for $550.

it will fit your truck, and i dont believe the steering extension is needed in trucks with a steering box as opposed to the rack. thats what ive heard, anyway.

i remember years ago wanting to fit a set of 34' thornbirds on my truck,they just were not going to fit,PERIOD.i ended up going with a set of 33'' mud terrains.who would of thought that 1 inch would kept from closing the deal :rant:

im not sure what a rango has, but i know 2wd kotas from 97-00 and 2 and 4wd kotas from 01-04 have rack, 97-00 4wd kotas have box. but either way, the one that jackedak is selling has the extension for rack. if you have the rack, use the extension. if you have the box, dont use the extension.
