there are a few ways to do the tb modding the least bit is to cut the restrictor plates and smooth around the two intake holes that keeps it at the stock 50mm you can also use a hole saw bit and take the holes out to 52mm and smooth around lots of talk about this on www.thespeedfreaks.net i suggest that you start with some research there

also i suggest you consider doing a modded kegger and a cold air intake such as k&n

you dont do anything to the flappers and i personally wouldnt touch the bottom dont see any real reason to i would say just use a dremal to smooth down the edges of the holes and and cut the walls off the top then sand it smooth and if u dont have a dremal they arnt to expensive to buy pluse if u do a kegger mod you will use it again or just barrow a friends if they have one
