I was wanting to remove my headliner and I need to remove the clips that hold the sun visor. I already have the visors removed, but just need these clips removed from the roof so my headliner will come down... How do you get these loose without breaking them???

in the middle of the hook push in and pull down on the clip, it should jsut slide down.
