as long as their not squeaking when no brake is on it's normal for semi metallics.
you should have gotten the rotors turned tho just bring them into an auto parts store and they'll turn them for a fee. and if they cant be turned (too used up) the rotors only cost around 20-30$ each
it's not about warping, but the rotors will form circular grooves varying in thickness over the pad's lifetime so you get them turned when you replace pads so both will be flat when they mate together. also if you dont turn em' a "ring" will form on the outside lip of the rotor over time makeing it difficult to remove the pads/caliper from the rotor.
