All my vehicles have this from time to time if the fan clutch doesn't solve it try a little grease(an inch by inch) on your finger and put 1/2 on the smooth side and 1/2 on the ribbed side then fire it up and see. I find the rubber gets a little hard and the grease softens it and the squeal is gone. I have tried tightening and loosing the belt and it they still do it. I think it is just from the rubber flexing over the pulleys. Good luck.
