I thought the TV cable adjusted line pressure...

on the wire harness in the valve body (red wire), between the governor solenoid and overdrive solenoid pack you can add a 150ohm, 1/2 to 1 watt, 2-5% tolerent resistor. Not sure if it helps the line pressure, but it's something APS does with their VB's.
