well id like to see people wrench on their own truck and have it hold up like mine did.. and so the fuck what if i didnt take it off road. thats just more of a cause of what the fuck happened makes no sense.. like i said.. the next one will be bad fucking ass. and i honestly dont care what people say.. i know what happened, i loved taht truck and i wouldnt do anything unsafe.
That statement reminds me of when people inform me that "I don't need a truck" in that enviromentally-aware arrogant tone because I don't need the use of a truck bed every day of my life.

Modify, drive, and be happy! If you like it and it's completely superficial then more power to you!

i just feel like shit because i put my 2 best friends in harms way.
Why? Were you doing something reckless? Did you purposely and severely halfass a repair or modification on the truck? I know it's tempting to blame yourself for everything considering it was your truck and you were driving, but the truth of the matter is that **** happens and you don't need to blame yourself when there is no actual blame to cast.

Every time we go on the road we are assuming the risk that something bad might happen. Risk is just part of life.

Oh, welcome to the "I-Flipped-a-Dakota-and-Survived" club. I've been there, but I only flipped mine for 1 and a quarter rotations. 3 flips? Very impressive! I was odd in that I sustained no injuries whatsoever. I wasn't even sore (or even potentially sore) the next day. The only thing I received was post-accident fireant bites from standing around looking at the carnage.

It's strange that your cab didn't have any damage because that's where most of my damage was. It even busted the passenger side window and windshield (mine had a standard cab).

My accident will probably cause me to never seriously consider anything that raises my truck. I like the look of a raised Dakota, but anything that makes a vehicles more top-heavy will make it more likely to roll in an accident.
