sure made my truck come alive after my mods and mopar pcm. night and day. same with the gas mileage though haha
looked at the over head comp today.avg fuel mpg 14 cruise and 2 WOT.the 408 is deffinatly thursty.now i have to keep my foot out of it.hahahahahah
 
ok enough bullcrap,,i need to get me one of these sct tuners,,,anyone know the cost on these >?
 
I'm not sure what he's charging now but I think I paid $275 when I got mine. Isn't he hemifever@aol.com?
 
sct is great for stock trucks.......

The biggest thing I noticed was part throttle response was ALOT better, it took alot less pedal to cruise the same speed.

Better mpg 13 without tune to 16with tune on my 99 r/t rc with boltons.

And it was 375 for the tuner and the 3 custom tunes and unlimited tunes later on with future mods.

You can get the tuner and custom tune for $275 and pay $100 for unlimited custom tunes later if you do more mods

I really need to get a datalogger so I can take better advantage of my SCT. Maybe I'll do that instead of rear disc brakes this spring.

I'm in the same boat. Only problem is I'm still not sure what to get because there is so much out there. I'm thinking of getting the LM-2 because it seems to be what a lot of people are talking about.

That would be awesome. I'd at least like to see how it works. If you ever get around to using it let me know and I'll help you install it and hopefully learn a little. I want one for my truck but also for my SRT4. I'm having some issues with my SRT4 and I think it may be leaning out.
 
I've just got to get around to taking it to the exhaust shop to get a bung welded in. From there I'm just going to hook it up temporarily until I get my tune straight.
 
Sweet, let me know how it goes. I need to take my SRT4 to a shop and have it checked out. Like I said, I'm sure it is leaning out and the guy I bought it from was trying to increase boost without any sort of tuner or AFR gauge or anything and now I think the fuel pump is going out.
 
My truck has been backfiring for the past few days, so I need to get that figured out before I do anything. I'm probably going to just take it to a shop since there are so many things that can cause an exhaust backfire
