Hi everyone. Just recently saved a 99 Durango. My brother was going to junk it. The body is in great shape, just needs some minor mech. fixes. The wife gave me the go ahead to "tinker" with it. I don't think her meaning of tinker matches mine. We will see how much I can get away with.

The problems are simple ones. Broken left front shock, need tires. The bigest problem, is when my brother replaced the heater core, he didn't really know what he was doing. He ended up removing the whole dash, and cracked the windshield in the process. So, after the dash was put back in, the a/c doesn't work, I can't switch the vents or control the temp. My other brother, who is an aircraft mech. is going to help me figure things out. I have been looking at posts, talking about removing the dash. I think I can lend some brain power to this ordeal.
