its for both sides, prothane are cheaper. i have them no time to put them in yet though

Yes, it is both sides.

Very worthwhile install. Not too difficult, and only the uppers need to be pressed in.

ES does occasionally change the kits - it you are really lucky, you'll get one that don't need the uppers pressed in!
