Main cable... 2/0. Get Welding cable and solder your lugs.

You have to include the length of the ground to size the length of you main + cable, and you need to run a clean ground fom the battery to a central lug, and everything should ground to that, and that should ground to the block.
Add two new grounds to the engine to the frame.

I'm thinking about moving the battery to the bed of the truck behind the fuel door but trying to figure out a way to make it track legal.
