does this count as an atv? i've been off-roading on this, but i've never been to silver lake with it. mostly because it'd take too damn long to get it there

49cc that goes 45mph, for another 2 months... then i put in a BIG BORE KIT and make it 69ccs. 40% more displacement and i can expect 55mph with the new cylinder kit
