Hi there. I could really use your help. I recently charged up my ac system. It is blowing warm/hot air, I am not hearing the clutch cycle, and the climate control will not chage to blow on the face. It only changes between foot and defrost. Not sure where I should start testing. The relay in the fuse box is working, there is vacuum going to the control dial. That is as far as I got.

What do you mean by "the climate control will not change to blow"?

Is it something inside the switch stopping it from turning, or does it just not change the flapper doors?

the flap will not move.

First check the vacuum line in the engine bay, if that's good then Pop the cluster trim off and carefully remove the A/C controls, check for vacuum going into the switch and coming out of the switch, if that's good (I'm guessing not), then check the vacuum lines at the flappers themselves. While you've got the switch out also check the electrical plug (power in/out)
