*sigh*...now i gotta get hids... :jester::jester:

what kit is it? easy install?

they do have a nice blue tint to them. 6k isnt as white as some people think. you want it more white, then go with the 4300k.

thanks for the props man. truck looks good. told you you would love them. how did the aiming go? have to aim them down a bit from stock at all? i know i did. even with that i can still see the light go for whats gotta be at least an 1/8 mile

they are an easy install too. passenger side you can get that done and mounted in under 10 minutes or so. drivers side is a bit more involved if you want to mount the balasts like i did on the inner fender, and underneath too (for the fogs). gotta take the battery out. but all in all, hour? hour and a half if you want to take your time, its in. maybe 2 if you do all four.

sounds good. i found the member that sells all the HIDS, but what auction should i be looking for? i dont know the diff of H1,2,3,9005,06.07...etc...:huh:

some are $60 and some are $100

you want the bulb thats going to work for you. 9007-2. the fog/driving lights are either 880/881, or the 889. (depending on what the back of your stock bulbs look like). the 889 bulbs have the connector on the back of them that is a 90* angle to it. the 880/81 are straight

all you need to do is tell the seller what bulbs you need, and what intensity. the intensity is going to be your preference though. most people on her from what ive seen thus far like the 4300 to the 8000K. just for reference, mine are 6000K.

also have to look at how the balasts brakets are (if there are any). i personally am happy with the one i got. its metal, and is easily bolted tot he inner fender with just two bolts. just get yourself a few extra lockwashers.

Nope they was warm.. had been running for a while.. When they was in my stock housings both headlights and fogs they was white. However in the chrystal clear housings their blue. I love it
I noticed that mine appeared bluer in the crystal lenses too. And then to add to it, I accidentally ordered 4300K's and put them in my fogs. Oh well, still looks awesome, they just don't match.

Yeah what realdeal said.. my original fogs where the 889 but i used the 880/881 for the HIDs with no prob...
As did I, they fit fine...

alright, i got some crystals and HIDs on order! ill be postin pics when i get em hooked up :mullet: cant wait :waiting::D

6000k they look good on yours. i was gonna do 8000k in the stockers, but id rather crystals since my stockers are still faded a lil. i figure it'd give the best light output

they are on the way :woot:
