hey thanks for the kind words guys. I got it new in 01 and have slowly been pouring time and money into it. It's nice to get some positive feedback.

oh and i personally would go get either a piece of 90* metal stock or square stock or even a piece of sheet metal and cut it to the length across the back and use it to cover up the hitch and to make the back flow from fender to fender

I like it. Love the color too... Why only 1 race seat?
I was in a hurry to put the driver's side in and just made one bracket. I have the other seat sitting in my office waiting for a bracket. just too busy to finish it up right now I guess. I'll post pics when i get them both in. Should look pretty clean.

I used to have a roll pan...(well, I still do, it's in my garage if anyone wants it let me know) and it just gets in the way when hookin a tow strap. I had the hitch receiver welded in there custom to fit right in between the frame. It looks a lot better there than it used to...Actually about two weeks ago I was in some deep ruts and nailed the rear fender, that's the little spot of black spraypaint on in the pic.

It's hard to take pics when I'm drivin...and I hate to stop for pictures, so I only could find a few. They are kinda old but here ya go...

I got a video on my cell phone of me catchin a lil air going about 60mph in the desert..but it's on my cell phone and I was pretty bummed that it didnt come out well on my computer. But, I'm going back out to the desert this weekend so maybe i can get my buddies to take some pics...

but if you had just a little 2-3" piece of metal stock then it would be tucked right up there out of the way of everything....just think it would look cleaner
Thanks for the suggestion, maybe i'll have to work somethin up again one day. I have been meaning to make a proper liscence plate bracket. That would be the perfect thing to mount it to. Maybe even flap up to reveal the receiver...ooooohhh

I have a aluminum rear diff cover that i bought a few weaks back awaiting install. It's for the 8.25 rear but didn't fit due to the 4.56 gears and LSD i guess. It is the LPW racing cover and it has brackets for some kind of axle brace, which I wasn't planning on using anyway, that get in the way by 1/4" inch. So that's on the backburner for now.

rear end on my truck looks like that too..I need to get a damn back bumper..

meh, anywho, cute truck for sure..
Niiiiiiice... I've seen plenty of pics of your truck. It was built by Gr Fab down in diego right? Last I heard it was in the hands of some cute babe. I have plans to go visit Glen at GR, but I wanna put in a new motor before I start building an engine cage for the coilovers.

And if i remember right you have the rear end built too...
and th R/T...

I've wanted that truck for so long, hopefully one day I get mine there
