That's not the first time that truck has been on eBay. Sadly, without the turbo it sucks.

Looks like they did an ok install, but a non turbo is BS and willnot move good at all. I like how they say all the gauges work, all i would hopw so since there is not a stock gauge in sight. i would not buy that truck if i had to.

I do have a question, has anybody ever swapped a 5.9 cummins into a dak?? now that would be something.

now is that the 5.9 or the smaller cummins? if its a 5.9 i want more info if its available. ive always wondered if a 5.9 cummins could be put in a dakota. it would be amazing, just think about 5 or 600hp and 900 ftlbs of tourque in a dakota, awesome. not really sure the truck could handle it though.

Yeah, but according to the photos you'd lose the A/C if that is a consideration...

Who cares, youd have a cummins kota
plus, i tihnk if your skilled enough to do a sas and convert to diesel and fit a cummins, you should be able to fab a bracket.

hmmm... let me think.... a/c or an 800 ftlb cummins.... i think ill take the cummins.

i wonder how hard the swap is. id really like more info on it, ive searched the internet before, but could never comeup with anything.

Just check out what Gale Banks done a few years back with his project side winder 5.9 turdo diesel set many speed records ,overall top speed at 222.139 not to mention that he drove it to and from the salt flats pulling a trailer with wheels and tires now thats AWSOME. www.bankspower.com
