2001 dodge Dakota sport 4x4 with 4.7l and auto

I will be driving down the road and the radio will turn off and turn signals will stop working. Minute later the start working. I also noticed if I push in cigeratee lighter the also stop working. It happens most when it's cold out but today it happened and it's 55. I looked over wiring schematics and couldn't figure out how the are connected unless it's a ground somewhere. Any ideas??

Pull the lower kick panel on the drivers side and check the ground wire post for tightness. There's also one on the inner fender at the PCM, at the belt tensioner mounting bolts, the PS pump bracket mounting bolts and one on the inner fender at the PDC (Power Distribution Center) or fuse box on the drivers side. Sounds like you have one losing ground when you hit a bump in the road. Good luck!

Ok grounds all clean and tight and still have the problem....noticed today if I turn the key just a little to start while driving everything works...should I change my ignition lock cylinder or does something else control when accessories come on??

I'd do the ignition SWITCH first.

Here's a link to the RockAuto listing https://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog...1,dakota,4.7l+v8,1430082,electrical-switch+&+relay,ignition+starter+switch,4700
