Yes. I leave it in drive when I've used it. If I could manually shift it, hold the button, and wheel all at once it would be even faster
Nice. Have you ever thought about a switch that you can install in the floor? Kinda like the old dimmer switches. Have you done anything to the rotating assembly?

I may have to put my bottle in the bed so I can keep the valve facing the front of the truck. I have a QC but there's not much room to install it that way and still be able to use my seat when needed.

i still need to get a purge kit how you have yours is kinda how i want to do mine. I was putting in part of mine to day and guy in my complex comes over to look at what im doing and he's like what are you doing so i let him know im mocking up the nitrous kit and he then says "you have nitrous in this thing why would you want nitrous you cant use it leaving from stop lights or anything" I just shook my head and said well i can if the mood hits me and the other guy there with me just laughs. Ive got that same comment about 4 or 5 times so far.

I wanted something I could reach with my hand to make sure I knew when it was spraying or not. Still have the stock internals besides cams. That's 1 reason I haven't gone over a 75 shot

I get a somewhat similar response. Isn't your TPS switch built in the box with the solenoids?

yeah it is but just to be safe im wiring in a push button before the arm switch just to make sure it will only spay when i want it to im getting this one which is like what i already have in the truck but with out the button

I wanted to wire mine up the same but I'm not sure how to wire it up so it has to be at WOT before I can spray.

I also just found this on a random dragway website.

Any STICK SHIFT car using NITROUS must have a blow proof scatter shield.
Any car running nitrous, the driver must be wearing a fire retardant jacket.

its simple choose a push button you want and put it before or after the arming switch so when you arm it only works cuts on when you push the button
So just simply solder it in the wire for the master arming switch or the WOT switch?

Just read this on zex nitrous website.

Q: What is the safest way to activate a nitrous system?
A: The safest way to activate a nitrous system is by using a wide-open throttle switch. All ZEX™ nitrous systems utilize this type of activation. Activating a nitrous system at anything less than wide-open throttle can greatly increase your chances for an intake system backfire. If you desire to use a push button (part #NS 6534) for activation, ZEX™ offers this as an accessory item. You can simply install the push button inline with the wide-open throttle switch.
