I kind of like those steelies! Anyway, intense2000 is 100% correct about the bug deflectors. I had the same ones on my truck for a while then got bored of them so I pulled them off and recycled them.
As for aftermarket stuff out there there's some stuff still being made but most of it has been discontinued, I know Street Scene still makes roll pans, grill shells (with inserts), bumper covers. Not sure who still makes a hood anymore. The really cool tonnue covers were discontinued years ago. There was at least 3 that I really liked and in the last 2 years all 3 popped up on this forum for sale when I couldn't afford to do anything.
So here's a few more ideas for your own truck. The front bumper is needed for support with all bumper covers otherwise they will sag.
After the pictures I will list the aftermarket items.
1st photo is my daily driver with a Wings West bumper cover. Last I heard they still make the complete body kit.
2nd photo is my show/toy truck. In that photo you can see the shaker hood, Street Scenes grill shell with powder coated gloss black inserts and a 2012 Dodge Charger grill emblem added, Street Scenes 2nd Generation bumper cover with matching lower grill inserts also powder coated black, Depo 1 piece headlights, and hood pins. (previous owner put them on, I might remove them if and when I repaint the hood)
3rd photo shows a Street Scenes 2nd generation roll pan that I repainted myself and Black euro style tail lights. In this photo you can see the painted stock 16" wheels. If you're wondering what the body kit is, it's the Stampede ground effects kit that was only available on the dakota from late 2003 and all of 2004. If you see a 2003 Dakota RT with the stampede kit for sale, it is a rare truck.
Here's a link for you from andys motor sports web site. They have a few options to what's still available for bumper covers.

I have 1 more thing to still buy for my 2003 dakota, Street Scenes Cal-Vu mirrors! They are sleeker and IMO look cleaner on these trucks. Problem is these things are still selling for $175+ the last time I looked. I saw a set on this forum earlier this year but I couldn't bring myself to buy them because they were manual mirrors not powered.
