2003 5.9l drove it into my driveway. took out old radiator and put in a new radiator. Now won't start. Cranks but won't start no spark. I can hear gas pump pressurising and there is gas at rail but no start.
 
Power to the coil does not mean the coil is getting a signal from the computer. Coil could have gone bad, but it's more likely that a wire got knocked loose or cut.
 
The signal from the computer is a switched ground like every other signal from the computer. You shouldn't read 12v on it (well, you should actually read a variable voltage from 0-12v if the coil is connected as the meter will read the voltage through the coil).
 
That doesn't make any sense. You should have 12v to one side of the coil and intermittent ground on the other, which is where you should see the voltage change.
