2003 5.9l drove it into my driveway. took out old radiator and put in a new radiator. Now won't start. Cranks but won't start no spark. I can hear gas pump pressurising and there is gas at rail but no start.

Did not touch wiring at coil but will look just the same.

cranks no start at all
No fire at all just cranks and cranks. No spark from coil but power to coil.

I checked both wires going to coil. One gets 12v. The other which is suppose to get signal from comp. to fire does not.

The signal from the computer is a switched ground like every other signal from the computer. You shouldn't read 12v on it (well, you should actually read a variable voltage from 0-12v if the coil is connected as the meter will read the voltage through the coil).

yes one side gives a variable voltage when cranking engine. Other side nothing.
